Ross Ensor
Ross brings 30 years of hands-on international business experience, having led and built organizations across the Middle East and Africa. He specializes in large-scale infrastructure projects and navigating the complex regulatory and operational hurdles of regional growth markets.
Ian Oliver
Ian has spent more than 25 years directing business development and project implementation across more than two dozen African countries, with a career spanning the private sector, international government trade programs, and international development. His extensive network of government, private sector, and Fortune 100 relationships across the continent gives clients the access, credibility, and on-the-ground intelligence needed to enter new markets and execute with confidence.
Mahmoud Al Hani
Mahmoud brings unparalleled knowledge of the Libyan market, having operated there through its most complex periods. His local presence and extensive network provide clients with access and intelligence that cannot be replicated remotely.
Moussa Mouhoubi
Moussa is our resident expert on the Algerian market. With deep connections across government and industry, he guides clients through Algeria's regulatory landscape and connects them with the right partners and opportunities.
Ciprian Paraschiv
Ciprian has spent his career successfully building strong business partnerships and managing international operations for multi-party global trade, procurement, and supply-chain transactions. An expert in commodity trading, Ciprian leads ISI trade between North America, Latin America, and Middle East and Africa markets.
Nenad Dordevic
Nenad has over thirty years of experience in law, banking, capital sourcing, early-stage finance, international enterprise development and sovereign asset management. At ISI, Nenad advises and supports companies on arranging funding and project finance for development projects and operations through federal government programs and/or traditional sources of capital.
Dr. John Siko
John leads ISI's due diligence and strategic risk analysis for clients pursuing high-value acquisitions and joint ventures across the Middle East and Africa. A former diplomat and intelligence officer with a career centered on African political and defense engagement, he provides the deep-layer intelligence required to de-risk investment and procurement in complex markets.
David Leishman
David brings decades of experience in the global oil and gas sector, with particular expertise in Middle East and North African operations. He advises clients on upstream and downstream opportunities, joint ventures, and technical partnerships.
